It takes a village…
Hello Community… We are Adi and Talia, two local mums and co-founders of The Perinatal Hub Surf Coast. We created the hub to be a warm, comfortable, inclusive and welcoming space that offers opportunities for community connection and a range of holistic support services to support perinatal wellbeing in women and men.
Our team at the hub is growing rapidly. We are currently offering face-to-face and telehealth appointments for the following services – psychological therapy, mens counselling, massage, acupuncture, birth doula, and hypnobirthing.
Stay tuned as we introduce our upcoming information sessions on pre- and postnatal topics, some great workshops and more opportunities for growth and connection.
We are really excited about recreating ‘the village’. Drop in to say hi next time you are in Jan Juc! Looking forward to meeting you… Talia & Adi x

“When my partner and I moved down the coast from Melbourne and became pregnant, I was nervous about not having a community to support me. I have since discovered The Perinatal Hub and can't wait to utilise the drop in membership as well as their services!”Lisa
“My pregnancy pilates classes were the perfect balance of keeping fit, preparing for labour and having fun. Each exercise is tailored specifically for what your body needs, and Talia's passion for what she does shows through in every class with a warm, welcoming and family atmosphere. I always left the class feeling refreshed and empowered...”Zara Szakiel
“Regular acupuncture and herbal support was a vital part of my fertility journey. It wasn't an easy journey, but I know these treatments increased my wellbeing and chances of falling pregnant, as we now have a healthy baby boy!”Sarah
“When we first talked about having a doula we weren't sure, but it ended up being the best decision we could have made. After a traumatic first birth I wanted to feel more supported and prepared for my second, without the fear. Talia was amazing and knew exactly how to guide both of us through labour, even when I thought I couldn't go on. My experience second time around was so different and having a doula there as extra support was a big part of that I believe. I highly recommend it...”Rebecca
